I have some Doctor Who ones here and some Torchwood ones here. Both the Torchwood ones are PWP (I never got around to writing the establishing fic, because it would've been about a million words long). Of the Doctor Who ones, Little Red Book and Quantum Equilibrium deal more with the non-sexual aspects of the relationship, but they all touch on it in some way.
