Snow Day!!!

In a very rare move that will probably not be repeated, I'm posting twice in one day to share my joy at the fact that my university will be closed tomorrow! That means I can sleep in and not have to worry about commuting in this oh-so-crappy weather. (Anyone who's ever taken public transportation in bad weather knows what a relief that is!) Does *happy dance*. Did anyone else receive some good news of this nature?

This is where working from home goes in the opposite direction. I am glad that my kid *has* school, because I still have to work and am swamped actually. So, yeah. Sorta kinda the same :)

working from home...sounds nice...I'm trying to enroll in an online university so if that works out, I may enjoy the same pleasure you already have:)

The major problem with working from home for me is the isolation. Except for this little fandom habit I have *giggle* I'm pretty good about being disciplined with getting work done.

Same here:) I wish I could continue attending classes on-campus but my migraines kinda prevent me from doing that full-time and I just want to finish with college as soon as possible. So, I'll try to find a full-time online university and then maybe take one or two non-credit classes at a local campus. Best I can hope for at the moment:)
