I've said it for AGES. One of the main issues I have with TVSookie is that BookSookie has inner monologues. So if she acts like a ditz in the books, you understand why. But TVSookie can't convey that. She just looks ditzy period. I'm not knocking Anna Paquin at all, but the characterization in the books is SO better.
And ditto on Eric. I &hearts TVEric, but he's just coming off as.....stalkerish? He seemed to actually have a heartbeat in the books.
