QUESTIONS:

1. Why do you dislike #11 (Angel/Cordelia) so much?

Because I just never saw the chemistry there. In BTVS, Cordy thought he was hot but was completely uninterested once she found out he was a vampire and he didn’t even notice her. In AtS, they became friends and I liked that but I still saw no chemistry between them. Even at the end of season 2, they were more brother/sister than they were lovers. Plus, Cordy started to annoy me in season 3 so that certainly didn’t help.

2. Who do you know that ships #13 (Daniel/Charlotte)?

Um…maybe some of the LOST fans on my flist? I can’t think of any one off the top of my head but I know other fans developed love for these two.

3. What would be your ideal scenario for couple #3 (Buffy/Faith)?

That they are forced to work together once again to save the world and they are separated from everyone else. I think once they are really alone together, things would just happen naturally. And we all know (thanks to the comics) that Buffy swings both ways so…it could happen!

4. What is your favorite moment for #1 (Wash/Zoe)?

Only one? I really love their interaction in War Stories because I think it showed them as a realistic married couple. They have petty arguments but at the end of the day, they love each other and they work through it.

5. How long have you been following couple #6 (James/Juliet)?

Wasn’t totally convinced until this season but I’d been intrigued since the moment they met. Until La Fleur, I didn’t have a true Lost OTP because I liked many different pairings. But when I saw my Juliet, one of the most tragic characters EVER, smile...not a smirk or a relieved-laugh but a true “I am happy” smile...*sighs*...J&J have owned my heart ever since.

6. What's the story with #8 (Burke/Cristina)? What made you stop caring?

I hated the direction their storyline took in season 3 when they started lying about his hand. Then, Cristina started changing so much so she could stay in that relationship that I barely recognized her. By the end of the season when he left her at the alter, I was ready to say good riddance.

7. Which ship do you prefer--#2 (Helo/Athena) or #4 (Owen/Tosh)?

Helo/Athena. It’s very hard for any other ship to compete with my love for the Agathons.

8. You have the power to make one ship non-existent. Choose from #10 (George/Izzie) or #12 (Tyrol/Cally).

This is a tough one. I think I’d have to go with George/Izzie because they had much more screen-time then Tyrol/Cally.

9. What interests you about #14 (Booth/Brennan)?

The chemistry between the actors is palpable and the characters seem to really understand each other even though they’re so very different.

10. When did you stop liking #7 (Sawyer/Kate)?

I hated the direction their storyline took in season 3 and Kate went from a character I really liked to one I couldn’t care less about. Juliet is a much better match for the man Sawyer has become and as far as I’m concerned, Kate and Jack deserve each other.

11. Did your waning interest in #9 (Elliot/Olivia) kill your interest in the series?

Hate to say it but yeah. I was never really involved with the SVU fandom but I liked the series and I loved the relationship between the leads. Once it finally occurred to me that the show would never put these two together, I chose to stop watching. I know it was a stupid reason but I just can’t engage with a show unless I have at least one ship to route for.

12. What's a song that reminds you of #1 (Wash/Zoe)?

SO many…Kissing You by Des’ree is a pretty great one.

13. Which of these ships do you love the most right now?

My love for Helo/Athena and Wash/Zoe can not be explained in words. And while I leave open the possibility that a shiny new ship could one day match for love for these two, nothing will ever surpass it.

14. Which do you dislike the most?

Angel/Cordy and George/Izzie. To me, these ships were as close to incest as one could get without being truly related. Loved their friendships, HATED their romances.

15. If you could have any of these pairings double date, who would they be?

Since I’ve already imagined MANY double dates for my BSG OT4, I’d love to see Wash/Zoe and Helo/Athena trade secrets on how to sustain a happy, fulfilled marriage. Plus, could you just picture how adorable Wash/Zoe would be with Hera?!?!?!

16. Have #2 (Helo/Athena) kissed yet? Elaborate if yes.

Yes (and they were GOOD kisses) but we certainly could’ve used many more. I’d never get tired of seeing happy!Agathons and their first love scene is still one of the sexiest scenes EVER.

17. Did #4 (Owen/Tosh) have a happy ending? Do you think one is likely?

Not in-canon and not while they were alive but I like to believe they got their happy ending in the afterlife. *sobs*

18. What would make you start shipping #14 (Booth/Brennan)?

If the writers continue to develop their relationship in an interesting, believable way I could begin to really ship them. I’d like to see them admit to their feelings for one another by the end of this season.

19. If only one could happen, which would you prefer--#2 (Helo/Athena) or #6 (James/Juliet)?

Since they both already happened, I’m gonna cheat and say I don’t have to choose :D.

20. You have the power to decide the fate of #10 (George/Izzie). What happens to them?

In a perfect world, they never would’ve been anything more than the best of friends. Also, Izzie would’ve never been allowed to practice medicine after the stunt she pulled with the LVAD wire and we would’ve seen less and less of her until she was diagnosed with terminal cancer. All of her friends would’ve been there to support her and they would’ve helped each other deal with her death. George found real love with someone new, continued to grow as a surgeon and a man, and one day named his first daughter after his now-deceased best friend.

Wow, I have to agree with you on some of those! Especially about Sawyer/Juliet and Skate and obviously Helo and Athena <3 Yeah, George and Izzie was a mistake. They were much better as best friends. And I never liked the Chief and Cally together either, I much preferred him with Boomer :D

The Tyrol/Cally relationship bothered me for a lot of reasons but the main one was that I couldn't believe my Chief could marry the woman who murdered Boomer. I know he and Cally had history but putting them together always felt wrong to me.

And I was a Sawyer/Kate fan until mid-way through season 3. After they slept together, I think they lost a lot of that sexual tension that made them so interesting. Also, I just stopped liking Kate at that point:).

I love and agree with all your dislikes. When I was still watching the show, I was very disappointed when George and Izzy got together, it honestly felt a little sick. Yuck! It was too weirrd and I didnt like it. The same with Angel and Cordy. I had a WTF?! moment when they confessed their feelings for each other. Ew! :P

The George/Izzie thing bothered me on so many levels, one of which was that I hated what it did to both characters. They both became completely unrecognizable thanks to that 'relationship'.

And Angel/Cordy...WTF?!?!?!?!...still doesn't quite cover it :D. I have to fast-forward through all of their couple-y type scenes in seasons 3 and 4 because they're THAT painful to watch. Ugh!...And I was SO mad when they brought the real Cordy back in season 5 only to ruin her awesome return by having her kiss Angel. I was like, 'WTF?! Joss'?

And I wish I could do something to break that block you are having. Want one of my projects - I have five and I don't know which one to work on firs...lol (Just kidding)

Interesting song. Alas, like you, I don't think I could use it in a vid. That's one of the problems I'm been having with vidding: All of the songs I want to use don't fit any of my ships/fandoms. The songs I try to use in their place end of annoying me or not working for the mood I'm trying to create.

I don't know why I like that song...it just grew on me and I like the voice of that singer.

And believe me I had the same problem. I listen to music almost all the time and rarely a song moves me. I think my block lasted more than 6 months O_o ...Hopefully you'll get over it soon ...lol
